We are thrilled to announce that our First Annual Dinner and Meeting will take place on Tuesday, December 3, at Henry’s Barn in Oberlin. We can’t wait to celebrate our shared passion for birds, wildlife, and conservation with you in such a beautiful setting.
Dinner is $20 and includes 5 raffle tickets for Chance raffle
Additional raffle tickets available at registration:
Dinner plus 6 additional tickets for $5 ($25 total)
Dinner plus 12 additional tickets for $10 ($30 total)
Dinner plus 25 additional tickets for $20 ($40 total)
Additional tickets will also be available for purchase at the event.

The evening will feature a delicious catered dinner and a special presentation on Saw-whet owls by research expert Tom Bartlett, who will share his fascinating insights on these elusive birds.
A highlight of the evening will be our Volunteer Recognition & Awards segment, where we’ll celebrate the incredible contributions of our volunteers who help make everything we do possible. We will be honoring their hard work and dedication with special awards and recognition.
The evening will include:
• Chance Raffle: Each attendee will receive five raffle tickets, with more chances to win available throughout the night.
• Silent Auction: Bid on 3-5 exclusive items and a chance to take home something special.
• 50-50 Raffle: A chance to win a cash prize while supporting our important work.
• Spin & Win: Renew your membership and spin the wheel to win a prize.
• Holiday Shopping: Check out our merchandise and gift table for nature-inspired gifts, just in time for the holidays. Each purchase earns five raffle tickets.
• Bird Trivia: Participate in a fun bird trivia activity and earn extra raffle tickets!
• Annual Report: A review of our accomplishments over the last couple of years and a look forward to our future conservation efforts.
