2024 LCCC Scholarship
The Black River Audubon Society is proud to announce that they will be selecting a Lorain County Community student each year to continue their 4-year degree with the help of a $1,000 scholarship. Eligible students are those who are pursuing bachelor’s degrees in fields related to conservation and environmental studies that align with the Black River Audubon’s mission to protect birds and other wildlife such as in forestry, marine, wildlife biology, and sustainable agriculture. The scholarship will be awarded in May of the calendar year for the use of the student in the fall semester of the same calendar year!
Requirements for consideration include being a Lorain County resident, having an accumulation of at least 24 college level credit hours, experience with community activities and a minimum GPA of 2.75
